As of my knowledge cutoff date in September 2021, there has been no episode of the One Piece anime that shows Luffy using Gear 5. Gear 4, also known as Boundman, is the highest level of Gear that Luffy has demonstrated in the anime. It's possible that future episodes or chapters of the One Piece manga may reveal a Gear 5, but as of now, it has not been shown in the anime. **

Ruffy's black hand in One Piece is a technique called Gear Second. It is a form of his Devil Fruit power, the Gomu Gomu no Mi, which allows him to increase his speed and strength by pumping his blood at a faster rate. This technique causes his arm to turn black due to the increased blood flow, giving it a powerful and intimidating appearance. Gear Second is one of Ruffy's signature moves and is often used in intense battles to gain an advantage over his opponents. **

Roulette offers a different type of excitement and strategy, as players can bet on specific numbers, colors, or ranges of numbers. The spinning wheel adds an element of unpredictability and chance, making each round of Roulette a unique experience. Additionally, Roulette can be a social game, as players can interact with each other and the dealer while placing their bets. **

As of now, there has been no official announcement regarding the introduction of Gear 5 in the One Piece series. The creator of One Piece, Eiichiro Oda, has not revealed any specific details about when Gear 5 will be introduced. It is likely that Gear 5 will be revealed at a significant moment in the story, but fans will have to wait for Oda to unveil it in the manga or anime. **

The black piece in the white river is a chess pawn. In chess, the pawn is the smallest and most numerous piece on the board, and it is typically represented by a small, cylindrical shape. The white river is a metaphorical reference to the chess board, where the black piece (pawn) is situated among the white pieces, symbolizing the strategic and competitive nature of the game. **

To get a Cambridge scholarship, you will need to apply directly to the University of Cambridge for the specific scholarship program you are interested in. Each scholarship program will have its own eligibility criteria, application process, and deadlines, so it's important to carefully review the requirements and follow the instructions provided by the university.
